Personal data register is used for marketing purposes, customer relations and other related information provided to reputable third parties.
The purpose for processing personal data is to facilitate Emoticor’s business, support sales activities, contacting customers for contract management and marketing purposes and otherwise maintaining the customer relationship e.g. via inquiries.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the legitimate interest belonging to data collector. The legal basis is to process data and communicate to stakeholders about matters related to their area of responsibility.
Personal data is added to the register by the users themselves, e.g. when starting to use the services and when signing up for an email list via internet pages.

Personal data is stored as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected in accordance with this privacy statement. Inactive personal data are deleted regularly. Personal information is kept confidential.
Data subjects may at any time request access to their personal data. Data subject requests can be sent to hello@iidamakikallio.com. The data request must provide the necessary information to search for information. If necessary the data controller will ask for additional information to identify the data subject.
The response to the data request is sent by email, unless the data subject requests the information must be sent in another way.
Emoticor Ltd may make changes to this privacy statement and related information. Emoticor Ltd recommends that registered users check this privacy policy regularly to be informed of any changes that may have been made to it.
