A psychologically safe work environment is one of the key prerequisites for building a culture of continuous learning, experimentation and adaptability. In a psychologically safe environment people are able to think freely, express their ideas and experiment.
The goal of this training day is to give participants tools and skills on how to process challenging thoughts and emotions in themselves in a way that enables value-based decision making and timely action in high-pressure situations.
Having real, tough, conversations is at the heart of thriving companies. Being able to have them requires strong self-awareness and interpersonal skills. These skills are teachable, but require work and practice.
