1. Strengthening Psychological Safety

A psychologically safe work environment is one of the key prerequisites for building a culture of continuous learning, experimentation and adaptability. In a psychologically safe environment people are able to think freely, express their ideas and experiment.

  • Why psychological safety matters, both for work wellbeing and as enabling the core competences needed for growth and adaptability
  • How psychological safety allows for creative tension that births new ideas and innovation

  • How to take into account relational and emotional needs in everyday interactions and communication

2. Emotional Self-awareness & Psychological Flexibility

The goal of this training day is to give participants tools and skills on how to process challenging thoughts and emotions in themselves in a way that enables value-based decision making and timely action in high-pressure situations.

  • identify own current ways of reacting in situations of high stressload and challenging emotions
  • awareness of the impact of current emotion-processing strategies on self and other
  • how to process challenging thoughts and emotions in a constructive way to support one’s own psychological recovery and clarity in leadership

3. Skills for Courageous Conversations 

Having real, tough, conversations is at the heart of thriving companies. Being able to have them requires strong self-awareness and interpersonal skills. These skills are teachable, but require work and practice.

  • Understanding the logic of dysfunctional dynamics and learning how to shift them
  • Skills to examine and own your part in difficult situations
  • how to better understand and defuse conflictual situations
  • Tools for leading challenging conversations with clarity and empathy
